Mode of operation

The following steps have to be performed to create a mix balancing:

Create product

structure

Create processes/

Define work contents and assign validity of options for the corresponding product family

 

Create balancing element

Name balancing,
optionally, assign data basis and/or assembly line

Workplace organization

and

variants must be

defined

Create resources (assembly line / stations / operators / machines)

Assign processes

Work steps

1.Create "Produktstrukturen"

2.Create processes/Define work contents and assign validity of options for the corresponding product family

3.Open new balancing via the "+" button in the "Start" ribbon or via the context menu

4."Abtaktung benennen", optionally, assign data basis and/or assembly line

5.Define "Arbeitsplatzorganisation" and/or "Varianten"

6."Ressourcen anlegen" (assembly line / stations / operators / machines)

7.Prozesse zuteilen
