The header of a balancing contains all master data according to the header of an analysis. The fields code, index, variant, description, type and status are general fields that identify the element.

By using the Select button in the Balancing ribbon or in the header of a balancing next to the Data basis box, you open a window, in which you can choose the data basis of the balancing.
The data basis corresponds to an analysis, in whose structure all operations have been entered.
