Definition: |
The work contents are the processes that are assigned within a balancing. In the following, the term is used synonymously with the terms "process" or "(process) element". |
•Work content has a defined sequence •One and the same element can be included several times in the work contents •Work contents can be filtered according to the following criteria: all processes, only assigned processes, unassigned processes, by selected "Variante" •Work content can take the form of a local or global process element. |
The following elements can be used as work contents:
Process element in the form of a data basis
In this case, the structure of the process element determines the work content. You can define the use of a process element by selecting the process element in the "Kopf" of the balancing as the data basis. Note: Work contents originating from the structure of a process element cannot be changed manually once inserted! |
Process elements in the "Assignment" tab insert
In the Zuteilungstab", process elements / MTM-HWD elements can be defined as work content via drag and drop, copy and paste, or manual code entry. |
By inserting a new row in the "Work content" table and entering a time, a local process element can be defined in the work content. If this process element is converted from local to global, a code must be assigned to it manually. |
Empty rows without a time can be used to structure the work content. |
If elements with sections are used in the work contents, these are broken down to section level so that the individual sections can be assigned. This also applies to sections that occur within a data basis. To be able to use this function, the "Use sections" option must be active in the element configuration of the balancing.
