These settings are available only for element configurations of the element type Formula.

Basic settings
Value formulas are used to calculate intermediate results such as circumference, distance or weight. Usually, they are used in other formulas but can also be included directly in elements. The result of a value formula is always considered as time type ttu.
Time formulas provide a time value in a certain time type or broken down into different time types. In which time type the formula result is displayed depends on the setting of the switches Time distribution, Time type and (Parameter) time type in the Header tab of the formula.
|
The time type of a formula determines in which time type the formula result is stored. The total of all times of the formula result is written into the kinds of time determined by the time type. The time type <separate> evaluates the six times separately.

Permitted types of parameters and their default time type
The TiCon administrator can determine for each formula element configuration which input parameters can be used by the user. In the selection field next to the enabled selection box, a default time type can be given for the parameter type.
