Mode of operation

The following steps must be carried out to create a balancing:

Create new balancing element

Name balancing,
opt. Data basis

and/or assembly line

Work steps

1.Open new balancing via the "+" button in the "Start" ribbon or via the context menu in Explorer

2."Abtaktung benennen" and optionally assign data basis and/or assembly line

3.Define "Arbeitsplatzorganisation" and/or "Varianten"

4."Ressourcen anlegen" (assembly line / stations / operators / machines)

5.Prozesse zuteilen

Information on creating different variants of a balancing

1. "Standardtaktung"

2. "Mixabtaktung"

3. "Maximalabtaktung"

The mode of operation depicted is only a suggestion. There are a number of possible procedures that differ from use case to use case.
