Elements with an ergonomics evaluation can be used as work content in any balancing type.
In order to be able to use a balancing with ergonomics evaluation, you must first make the necessary “Settings" in the administration area.

Display in the "Work contents" window
The Work Content window displays the ergonomics evaluations of all processes.
"Ergonomics" work area
To obtain an overview of the ergonomic strains of a selected operator, the operator must be selected and the "Ergonomics" work area opened.

Calculate Ergo evaluations
An ergonomics evaluation is not carried out by default. In the Ergonomics Evaluation drop-down menu, you can choose whether the ergonomics evaluation should be calculated or aggregated.

Display Ergonomics Allowance
The "Display ergonomics allowance" function can only be activated if one of the two options "Calculate EAWS evaluation" or "Aggregate EAWS evaluation" has been selected for "Calculate ergo evaluations". If the ergonomics allowance display is enabled, a factor is calculated for each human resource based on its total ergonomics points and added to the time of the assigned elements.
An ergonomics allowance is displayed in an additional row in the assignment tree.
Calculate posture transitions
As soon as a posture transition occurs between two work contents that are assigned to the same operator, a new row with the description "Posture transition" is assigned to the tree.
The times for posture transitions are summarized for each operator in the "tg-Trans" column.
Mixed Balancings with EAWS Evaluation
In mixed balancings with EAWS evaluations, ergonomic loads can be displayed for each variant individually.
In this case, the EAWS ®evaluations for all operators in all variants and for the All Variant are displayed in the Assignment tab. In addition, all EAWS points for human resources are displayed for these balancings in Explorer and Search (in the multi-level view).
In the All Variant, the EAWS evaluation is calculated for all assigned elements, with their frequencies weighted according to their respective shares (e.g. 100 units out of 400 units corresponds to a frequency of 100/400).
The EAWS evaluation can be printed separately for each variant.
