To prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data, some adjustments should be made to the "Benutzer" and "Dokumenteneinstellungen" in the "Admin-Bereich" of TiCon.
Recommended User Settings
1.If the option "Allow login with Windows user account" is active, all authorizations should be withdrawn from the "Default" user.
Otherwise, newly created users would automatically be assigned these authorizations.
2.The user "mtm" should be deactivated. (Attention: Do not remove any rights!)
3.You should create own "Rollen". Please do NOT use the roles already created on delivery. These are for illustrative purposes only.
4.User authorizations should be reduced to a necessary minimum and checked regularly.
