MSA

The MSA (multi-station work) function enables the process-oriented graphical representation of simultaneous or successive manual and machine work operations that result in the completion of a task.

Note:

To use MSA, the functionalities must be activated in the administration area.

Properties:

allows lack of productivity due to the work system to be recognized (machine downtime, malfunctions of machines, and system-related human work stoppages)

Support of work organization or investment decisions, e.g. whether a machine can be operated at better capacity by the assignment of an additional staff member or whether adapting a machine provides a staff member with enough additional capacity to operate a second machine.

Visualizing of cyclically identical as well as different process sequences

Note:

Since TiCon version 4.09., the functionalities of the MSA module have been transferred to the Takt module.
