The "Cycles" tab can be used to subdivide the sequence of operations defined in the structure, i.e. a cycle.

Cycles can be defined for all balancing types. Defined cycles are automatically valid for all variants in mix and maximum balancings.

The only available input modes are "Shift Duration (Net) - Not Balanced" and "Shift Duration (Gross) - Not Balanced". |
Cycles can be evaluated in the "MSA evaluation" tab. The evaluation summarizes the key figures (load and idle time) for the user in a clear table.
Create cycle
1.Click the "New row" button
2.Fill in the "Code" and "Description" columns
3.Click in the "Starts" column
4.Click the drop-down menu
5.Click on the desired process from the process list or enter the desired start time

7.Click the drop-down menu
8.Click the desired process from the process list or enter the desired end time

The end of the cycle can be set by clicking on the "Arrow" icon as well as by entering a time / duration / end of the last element. |
9.Fill in "Number" and "Quantity" columns (optional)
10.Fill in "dyn." column (if checked, the number of cycles is automatically calculated based on the specified shift duration)
11. Assign color (optional)
Color cycle
1.Click in the "Color" column in the desired row
2.Open the drop-down menu by clicking on the arrow
3.Click on the desired color or
4.click on "More colors..." and set the desired color
