The formula contains a mathematical expression with any amount of variables (parameters). The result of each formula is a time value attributed to one or several base times (ttb, ttu, tw, trtb, trtu, trw).
Formula usage is recommended when an operation is executed regularly with different influencing factors (e.g. drilling time depending on the depth and diameter).
When the formula is used in an analysis, these times are included in the calculation. A formula can be used in the Struktur of other Analysen and in other formulas (Parameterart formula or dynamic formula).
