When analyses are changed, these changes are not directly updated in the balancing.
There are different options for updating these changes in balancings:
If assigned work contents changes (e.g. description, time), these changes will only be transferred to the evaluation if the balancing is updated using the "Refresh" button in the ribbon. In the drop-down list you can choose the data to be updated. Details on the options for updating can be found in the corresponding tooltips.
Drop-down list It is also possible to open a selection window by clicking the button. By placing a checkmark, the user can decide which data of the element to update.

There are different "Optionen" in the administration for updating the data basis. It is, for example, possible to update balancings automatically, if this setting is active in the element configuration. When opening the balancing, there is a check (if the user has write access) whether elements or resources have been changed. The data is refreshed where necessary. |
Changes resulting from refreshing can be displayed or saved. A corresponding dialog opens after refreshing.
The log is saved as *.csv file (separated with ";"). By clicking "Show log", the created log is opened directly in Excel. The changes are listed in a table, sorted according to Object, Code, Type of change (Change), Old value, New value etc. ![]() Change log in Excel
