When analyses are changed, these changes are not directly updated in the balancing.
There are different options for updating these changes in balancings:
Drop-down list By clicking the button, is also possible to open a selection window. The user can decide which data of the element is supposed to be updated by activating the check boxes.
Update dialog In the selection window you can also select or deselect all data by using the context menu.

In the Admin there are different options for updating the databasis. It is, for example, possible to update balancings automatically, if this setting is active in the element configuration. When opening the balancing, there is a check (if the user has write access), whether elements or resources have been changed. The data is updated where necessary. |
Change log
Changes, which result from the update, can be displayed or saved. In order to do this, a dialog opens after the update.
The log is saved as *.csv file (; separated). By clicking Show log, the created log is directly opened in Excel.
The changes are listed in a table, sorted according to Object, Code, Type of change (Change), Old value, New value etc.
