General Tabs > Criteria

In the Criteria tab, the administrator can preset freely definable criteria for each element type. The user can enter specific values for these and use these entries later via the advanced search.

The following kinds of criteria are possible:

•Text

•Number

•Date

•Fixed value input (= drop-down selection of preset values, manual entry is inhibited.)

•Boolean value (Yes/No)

Criteria can be defined as mandatory fields. The entries then become mandatory entries. If these fields are not filled, the element cannot be saved. Saving is rejected with a corresponding error message.
