General Tabs > Criteria

In the "Criteria" tab, the administrator can preset freely definable criteria for each element type. The user can assign specific values to these and use these entries later via the "erweiterte Suche".

The following kinds of criteria are possible:

•Text

•Number

•Date

•Fixed value input (= drop-down selection of preset values, manual entry is inhibited.)

•Boolean value (Yes/No)

Criteria can be defined as a mandatory field. This makes these entries mandatory. If these fields are not filled, the element cannot be saved. Saving is rejected with a corresponding error message.
