Resources help to group operations and can be evaluated separately. They are also used for the capacity planning.
The resource in the process cockpit corresponds to any personal resource, e.g. department, team or operator.
There are two options to include resources in the process cockpit:
1. Enter description, select a color for the graphical representation / as colored label where appropriate.
2. Use existing global resources, which are stored in the database as master data.
For the global human resources, it is possible to include standard tasks (Operations tab of the human resource) and capacities (Capacity tab of the human resource). In the usage of a process cockpit, the operations that are included in a global human resource are used as default operations.
