There are two element configurations: MTM analysis [AN] and MTM analysis [AN-NEUTRAL].

▪Code CSRB....4..5 has been created in the element configuration MTM analysis [AN] (multilingual).

▪Code CSMV.BKL...5 has been created in the element configuration MTM analysis [AN-NEUTRAL] (monolingual).

There are two users:

▪USER1 – Translator

▪USER2 – User

▪ In this case USER1 is responsible for the changes that take place while logged in to German. The user will not be warned by the program!

Exception: Create new element

In general, a user with the Translator role should handle translation tasks only and, if necessary, use a different account for working with building blocks.

If a translator creates a new building block, the following behavior occurs:

▪Text you enter is saved in the currently selected language and is NOT automatically copied to other languages.

▪The text fields in other languages will remain blank for now and will inevitably need to be filled in by the translator.

If a user creates a new building block, the following behavior occurs:

▪Text you enter is saved in the currently selected Language and IS automatically copied to other languages.
