In addition to the standard element configurations, individual element configurations can be set up in the administration. They are used to draw a line between data of different areas and responsibilities.

Own element configurations can be configured regarding the following options:

•Access to the data/authorizations

•Mask design and input options (visible fields, tabs, valid allowances, input boxes for search and other criteria etc.)

•Usage and status-dependent release
