When delivered, the element configurations
•MTM analysis
•MTM-Basic operation
•MTM-Standard operation
are found in the database.
The "MTM analysis" element configuration initially does not include any elements; it is intended for user data. The "Basic operation" and "Standard operation" element configurations are used for the supplied MTM basic data when delivered, and therefore, are write-protected.
Additionally, eigene Bausteinkonfigurationen can be set up according to the company-specific requirements.
Every analysis that in itself consists of references is called an analysis with a structure. Such an analysis is made up of analyses of subordinate levels. The resulting overall structure can have multiple levels. An analysis with a structure has a calculated time, which results from the sum total of the times of its structure elements. When in spite of the structure an analysis has an entered time, the entered time takes precedence over the calculated time. All analyses in a time structure are automatically subject to permanent change management. In this way, TiCon ensures that all analyses are kept up to date to the second. Change management related to time contents is called "time update". |
A basic operation represents the lowest level of compression. In contrast to analyses with structure, it does not consist of references. The "Structure" tab is hidden. The basic element takes its temporal information from the times entered in the time classification. The supplied MTM basic elements (such as the SDB®, UAS®, and MEK® element systems) are included in the "Basic element" element configuration. |
The supplied MTM standard operations (such as the UAS® and MEK® element systems as well as the logistic elements) are included in the "Standard operation" element configuration. |
