The user can create and integrate company-specific element systems and data cards (standard time values, manufacturing sector values) in a data card designer which is implemented in the program. All the standard functions mentioned are also available for personal data cards. The operation of the data card designer is based on familiar Microsoft Excel functions.

A personal data card consists of the tabs Header, Structure and Journal. The contents of the data cards are created in the Structure tab using the functionalities of the data card designer.
