TiCon4 uses a folder structure, similar to the structure of the Windows Explorer. In the Home ribbon, the button is used to open the folder structure.
Regardless of their function, the folders are a basic division of TiCon elements. According to the permissions, it is possible to create subfolders in folders with write access. The TiCon administrator defines the usage of folders fest and their access rights. For further information regarding the folder structure, please go to Administration \ Data organization \ Folders.
The administration covers also the following topics:
•Creating new folders
•Settings of folder usage, roles and element configurations
Please note: |
Settings on folders regarding roles, folder usage and element configurations can be copied to other folders by using the Transfer button. Transfer folder properties of a folder |
