TiCon4 uses a folder structure similar to the structure of the Windows Explorer. In the "Home" ribbon, the
button is used to open the folder structure.
Regardless of their function, the folders are used to create a basic classification of the TiCon elements. Depending on the permissions, it is possible to create subfolders in folders with write access. The TiCon administrator defines the usage of folders and their permissions. For further information regarding the folder structure, please see "Administration" \ "Data organization" \ "Ordner".
The administration covers also the following topics:
•Creating new folders
•Einstellungen for folder usage, roles, and element configurations
Note: |
Settings on folders regarding roles, folder usage and element configurations can be copied to other folders by using the Transfer button.
