The data elements available in TiCon4 can be individually structured and configured using Ordner and element configurations. Module (depending on the acquired license), element configurations or types, and Bausteinsysteme are predefined.
Element
An element is the smallest item in TiCon4. It belongs to a particular element configuration and in a particular folder. To distinguish between elements, additional information, such as coding and description, are available in the header.
The element represents the direct working material in TiCon4.
There are, for example, the following element types:
•Process element
•Formula
•Resources (Container, Machine, Qualification etc.)
Examples:
Analyses model the temporal course of an operation sequence with regard to content. By using elements in others, several operation sequences are combined to (condensed into) entire workflows or products.
Formulas model sequences from fixed parameters and variables that frequently recur and differ only in variable elements.

Additionally, a systematic data filing is guaranteed by a uniform coding of the data.
Coding
Each element in TiCon is clearly identified by code, index, variant and folder.
A code can be broken down into its component parts through a coding schema and then displayed in a mask with several input boxes.
TiCon allows the TiCon administrator to create a corresponding Kodierungsschemata and define it as default for users.
