A list of all statuses is located under the Status program item, and the descriptions can be adjusted. For each status, it is possible to specify (either individually or role-based) which user is permitted to save an element of this status. A maximum of 8 statuses can be defined.

In the delivery state, the statuses 'Released for tester [3]' and 'Released [7]' are active for the production and planning types.

Special function for status 1:

Only the owner can save, as well as all users who also have the function "Change elements of other user accounts".

Using the different statuses, it is, for example, possible to implement the following method of working:

Allowed to save elements with status ...	Authorizations
1	Only the owner, as well as users who also have the function "Change elements of other user accounts" have permission to edit elements with status = 1, others have read rights, at most.
3	Every user with read rights for element configurations and folders can save.
3,5	For verification: Users with the right for status 3 and 5 have permission to set elements from status 3 to status 5 and vice versa.
5,7	For release after check (dual control principle): Users with the right for status 5 and 7 have permission to set elements from status 5 to status 7 and vice versa.
