The "Test calculation" tab is used to check whether the default and allowance times are correctly calculated based on the allowance definitions created in the "Definition" in the "Header" tab.

The following options are available:

Input fields for time values

All times for which values for calculation can be entered are indicated by a corresponding input field.

Time unit/decimal places

The time units and the decimal places can be selected individually for each time by clicking on the time unit from the respective drop-down selection. By default, the TMU is displayed with 0 decimal places.

Time distribution

When the "Execute" or "Set-up" value is selected, only the times of the selected time distribution are calculated. If "Separate" is selected, all times are calculated.

Number / Parts simultaneously / Quantity

For test calculations, values for quantity, parts simultaneously, and the amount can also be entered and are then included in the evaluation of the test calculation.

Test calculation

The test calculation can be executed using the "Test calculation" button in the "Allowance class" ribbon. The standard and allowance times are calculated on the basis of the allowance definition.
