The "Journal" tab is one of the general tabs.
The "Journal" tab lists the change information for the currently open balancing.
In the upper part, there are element details, such as owner, creator, last modifier, folder, coding scheme, allowance class etc.:

The following changes are logged in the "Journal" tab (if structure changes are activated for logging):
•Change to linked plant, shift model, or source of the shift model
•Change to variants
•Change to assembly line
•Change to resources (stations, human resources, machines)
•Change to work contents
•Change to assignments
•Update of snapshots
