Processes

Prozesse sind alle Vorgänge, die zusätzlich zum Greifen und Positionieren des Bauteils bzw. der Baugruppe notwendig sind, wie z. B. Befestigungs- und Verbindungsprozesse, Medium auftragen, Aushärte- und Schweißvorgänge.

Explanation

To be able to classify processes specifically with respect to type and duration, a classification system involving 3 classes (P1, P2, P3) was introduced. In various assembly situations, quite different processes may occur. For this reason, every user has to assign one of the three classes according to the specific field of application.

The table below shows process assignments that are typically found in automated assembly processes.
