The basic value describes the ideal assembly of a component or sub-assembly without considering any assembly interferences. |
Explanation
The basic value is the value required to assemble an ideally designed component (part). It must be assigned to every evaluated component. It consists of the necessary motions for grasping and positioning a component by using a gripper.
The Grasping includes the necessary motions for seizing and holding and connects the gripper and component or assembly.
The Positioning includes the necessary motions for putting together components or assemblies by using a gripper.
