In the Navigation group on the Home ribbon, you can open all running or completed jobs by clicking the button Job list. By clicking the percentage in the status bar of a currently running job, you can directly switch to the job list.

The job list offers an overview of all jobs or activities with status, progress and further information. By clicking on a job, details concerning this job are displayed, if available.

In order to view the current status of a job, at the left bottom in the status bar, a current information message is displayed according to the status. If moving the mouse over a message, the mouse pointer turns into a hand. By clicking the message, the job list is opened.

The job list can be opened via the corresponding button on the Home ribbon. Jobs are processes which run in the background, and do not influence operations. A progress indicator is provided in the status bar.

•Add / remove criteria to / from element configurations
•Add / remove allowance classes to / from element configurations
•Export / Import
