Structure

The structure of an assembly sheet includes the content of the HWD® sections.

HWD_ZS_Struktur

Structure of an assembly sheet with hints regarding incorrect start / end posture for the process sequences of rows no. 4 and 6

Note:

If two sections are created, the end posture of one section must correspond to the starting point of the following section. This is checked when saving the assembly sheet. If this is not the case, a corresponding message (HWD_Hinweis) appears in the number column.

It is possible to save at any time.

The check takes place automatically in case of updates, changes in the structure or when saving.

If one sequence has the factor value (Q x F) of 0, it will be omitted from the EAWS® evaluation.

Loop

Loops can be inserted via the "Create loop" function in the "Structure" ribbon of an HWD® assembly sheet. A loop consists of two different rows, the starts and ends of a loop. Loops can also be nested; however, the end of a loop must never be outside of the nest. To delete a loop, mark the beginning or the end and use one of the various options available to Löschen einer Zeile

Note:

The content of a loop is repeated in accordance with the factor (Q x F in the first blue row of the loop). The loop factor is shown in the corresponding activity lines in the "Sec. factor" column. You can see which rows correspond to which loop by looking at the "Sec. number" column. This is an important consideration for nested loops in particular.

The loop serves as a correct process description of repeat operations.
