In the "Balancing difference" tab, select the posture that is taken during the balancing compensation time. The posture is taken into account in the EAWS® evaluation. The "Balancing difference" tab is only available for an HWD® assembly (structural behavior: HWD® assembly).
Example on how to proceed:
The workplace organization tab with a set cycle time of 120 s
Element structure with a total time of 90.94 s
The defined cycle time of the workplace organization and the time defined in the structure result in a balancing compensation time of 29.1 s (120 s – 90.94 s). Since HWD® always assumes a cycle time of 100%, an ergonomic evaluation is carried out for the balancing compensation time. The posture taken for the evaluation is defined in the "Balancing difference" tab.
