To work comfortably with the program, the calculation of the shift models can be defined in the administration and preset with default values. The "Kapazität" and "Shift models" tabs use these settings.
The default values can be replaced in the application. If the default values are changed in the administration, this change only affects new elements.
In addition to the gray fixed fields, you can add any number of free fields for the calculation of gross and net working time by clicking on "Add" in the ribbon. The description can be freely assigned for all fields.
Gross working time = working days per year * hours per shift * number of shifts
Net working time = gross working time – break time
