The calculations for shift models can be defined in the administration module and pre-populated with default values.
The tabs Capacity and Shift Models use these settings.
The default values can be overwritten in the application. If the default values are changed in the administration, this change only affects new elements.
The gray fields are tightly defined and cannot be changed.
The white fields can be adjusted by clicking in the corresponding field.
You can edit the Description field by clicking in the corresponding field.
You have the ability to add and define as many additional rows as you like by clicking Add on the ribbon or using the context menu.

Gross working time = working days per year * hours per shift * number of shifts
Net working time = gross working time – break time
Gross working hours, including allowances and deductions
Gross working hours = (working days per year * shifts per day * hours per shift)
+(Sum of all global allowances and deductions allocated to gross working hours)
