In TiCon4 you can create a list of short text replacements in the menu item "Administration" \ "Texts" \ "Autocorrect". This means it is possible to automatically replace abbreviations that have been added to the list with the entered text.
The number of phrases / formulations can be individually adjusted by the administrator according to the needs of the users. The use of this function is described in chapter "Autokorrektur".
In the "AB ≠ ab" column, you can set whether case sensitivity should be observed while searching and replacing. This means that if the checkbox is activated, an abbreviation is only replaced when it corresponds exactly to the entry in the administration. If the checkbox is not activated, all possible upper and lower case combinations are replaced.
All autocorrect changes can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the required column header.
Each entry is always assigned to exactly one language. The language can be selected from a drop-down list.
