Thanks to ongoing research and further development of the EAWS® method, there may be changes to the calculation rules. Mass time calculation (ergo) is used to recalculate all elements in accordance with the current set of rules. You can choose from EAWS® analyses, EAWS® rapid screenings, EAWS® aggregations, EAWS® job rotations as well as balancings and process elements with active EAWS® evaluation tabs, which can be recalculated with regard to ergonomics.
Mass time calculation (ergo) can be used to test how changes in the EAWS® evaluation algorithm (new EAWS® version) affect existing data. To do this, the "Test run" checkbox must be activated before the calculation. The changes are shown in the displayed table, but are only temporary and are not saved in the individual elements.
Possible reasons for executing a manual mass time calculation (ergonomics):
•indirect time changes; there is no automatic time update for EAWS® analyses
•changes to the EAWS® analysis structure caused by mass calculations
•Change of the underlying EAWS® version
The recalculation of the times is a computationally intensive process that can take a considerable time.
The administrator has the possibility to influence the computing amount by specific search parameters.

Meaning of the "Ok" columns
Meaning |
|
OK |
Element has been calculated correctly |
NOK |
Errors occurred during calculation and an evaluation could not be calculated |
No EAWS® |
No EAWS® evaluation could be calculated because no EAWS® data was available for a process element. |
Changed |
Meaning |
|
No change in total points or EAWS® version. |
|
The total points of the evaluation are unchanged, but the EAWS® version has been updated. |
|
The total points of the evaluation have changed. |
