Criteria are additional input fields at TiCon elements for the search of elements and for printing additional information.
Order of creation
1.New creation and specification of the criterion
2.Association of the criterion to element configuration(s), optionally with display in header
3.Check if the Criteria tab is activated in the Tabs tab of the element configuration
4.Test of the display in the element

By setting the orientation, it is possible to display the text of the criteria right / left aligned or centered.

•If the check box is active, the user can enter and select values. If the check box is inactive, the entry is blocked for the user. •Use, e.g. through interfaces •usually active |

If the checkbox is active, the user has to enter a value in the corresponding field of an element before saving. If this is not the case, the saving is aborted. |
Depending on the selected type, further settings can be made in the bottom part.
Standard value If a value is entered in the field <Standard value>, it applies as template when using the criterion. Value definition The following expressions can be used for the value definition input. The expressions can be combined as required. All features correspond to those of regular expressions.
Error message If the Value definition field is filled, an individual error message can be stored in the Error message field. This will be displayed to the user if the input value does not correspond to the value definition. Multiline If the checkbox is active, the criterion is multiline and can be displayed with up to 10 rows if required. The maximum number of characters per row is 255. |
Standard value If a value is entered in the field <Standard value>, it applies as template when using the criterion. Minimum / Maximum If the fields maximum and minimum are used, the values entered there present the interval limits of the criterion. Decimal places The decimal places can be specified for the type Number, the default is: <Whole number> |
Standard value If a date is entered in the field <Standard value>, it applies as template when using the criterion. |
Standard value The status (Yes / No / Undefined) of the checkbox at <Standard value> serves as the template for the use of the criterion. Allow undefined as value If the <Allow undefined as value> checkbox is active, Undefined can also be selected in addition to Yes and No.

The criteria variant key [CR] and color [COLOR] are MTM standards. The code of these criteria may not be changed. These criteria are configured for being used in the module Takt. Four colors are provided for the criterion color [COLOR] . The existing colors can be changed and further colors can be added. |
