The basic value describes the ideal assembly of a component or sub-assembly without considering any assembly interferences. |
Explanation
The basic value is the value required to assemble an ideally designed component (part). It must be assigned to every component to be evaluated and includes the first positioning location. In terms of its handling effort, it is divided into the weight classes "≤ 8 kg" and "> 8 kg".
