Element Type Human Resource

Element configuration in the delivery state

Departement

Team

Operator

All human resources can be used both as a human resource in a time study and as a resource in the element configuration of the "Balancing" element type (standard balancing, mix balancing, maximum balancing).

In Taktungen a cycle time factor can be assigned to human resources. Variables can also be used for these factors. A cycle time factor is added in the "Factor" column in the "Assignment" area. The factor is the same for all product variants of the balancing. Different factors cannot be used for each product variant. In the case of operators active across different stations, the factor is applied to all assignments of the operator at the station.

The following criteria are supposed to be enabled at the element configurations, so that their use is displayed in the Time study:

Personnel number

Gender

Age

Bausteintyp_werker

Example for an operator

In the "Tasks" tab of a human resource, you can define both local and global processes, that are automatically added to the corresponding analysis when the operator or team is used as a resource, e.g. in the "Operations" tab of a process design or process cockpit. A number can also be specified (QxF).

Machines can also be used across different stations.

Note:

The "Tasks" tab is only visible to the user if they have a license and the right to use PD. In addition, the tab on the element configuration must be activated in the administration.

Both local and global qualifications can be saved in the "Qualifikation" tab of a human resource.

In the "Kapazität" tab, you can define the possible gross/net working time for each human resource separately. The values of the "Capacity" tab are evaluated to calculate the resource requirements in the process cockpit in which the corresponding resource is used.
