OIM (organizational integration management) is a tool that helps employees who have been unable to work for a long time to return to their workplace as soon as possible.
TiCon's OIM feature makes it possible to use the data collected in EAWS analyses for the deployment of people with disabilities, thereby helping to assess which workplaces are suitable for them.
OIM is available for all element types that allow EAWS evaluation. The OIM data is displayed in a special tab of the same name. This is initially active for all element configurations in question, but can also be hidden in the administration area.
The first time you switch to the tab, the data is automatically calculated based on an existing EAWS evaluation. If the EAWS evaluation is updated, the OIM evaluation is also updated and vice versa. If the data in the evaluation is no longer up-to-date (e.g. because changes have been made to the EAWS structure), the data is highlighted in yellow. The OIM data must then be recalculated using the "Refresh" button.
