1.In Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, create a new website named "TiCon REST-API"

2.Name „TiCon4REST-API“ (important!). Recommended storage location „C:\inetpub\TiCon4REST-API“

3.Adjust host names and SSL settings if necessary. We strongly recommend using only the https version, as otherwise usernames and passwords will be transmitted in plain text and visible to anyone.
